Have already reviewed this product on-line. Perhaps it was from the actual vendor – I couldn’t tell. Upshot is that is seems to be relatively accurate, but limited. Ability to acquire the flag if hanging limp (from almost any distance) is is nil. Ability to acquire flag form beyond 135-140 yards is limited. Otherwise, quite useful from closer in. Workarounds are acquision of trees appearing visually to be +- 15 yards from flagstick location. Not a bad purchase for the price if you’re willing to find a few workarounds. A reasonable complement to a GPS.

I bought this laser rangefinder because it was listed as a golf rangefinder. The box has an illustration of a flag pin up to 200 yards. In reality you have to be well inside 100 yards, and the flag has to be extended by the wind.
This model might work for huntng, but is of little practicle use for a golfer.

This is a basic laser range-finder without ANY bells or whistles. You press the button and it shows the distance, that’s it.
The only option is a small switch in the battery compartment to change from yards to meters. There are no modes of operation such as rain or precision or whatever as are in other Bushnell laser ranging products. The product description for this item is wrong!
It needs the object to be reflective to use past about 200 yards, though I have hit the leaves in trees at about 360 yards and a light colored house at just shy of 700 yards. It takes a little longer to display the yardage at longer distances, though it reads faster off a stop sign at 300 yards (instantly) than a blue car at 20 yards (slight hesitation)! Overall it’s a pretty fast unit if the target is a good target, otherwise there will be some degree of hesitation in the reading.
It’s small and portable and you can disconnect the 9v battery when not in use or for long term storage to prevent battery drain and possible leakage. The optics themselves are clear and focused and the laser range information is clear and easy to see as well.
It’s pretty much everything you need in a basic range-finder, I’m happy with it. If you need more, look at one of the more expensive models.

Its solid product for hunters. yardage is right on. I used it for golf. I had to use trees as reference points or someone holding the flag in the group ahead. That is the work around. My friend has the nikon version and his hits the pin every time no matter if the flag is down or or up. Go with the pin seeker model. Wont regret it!

I try to have the item, but all that I did was unsuccessful.
Miss delivery at the correct address (surveilled 24/7), refund without answer at my question sent via email, answer after refund procedure with a pre-wrote mail very confused and uselessness.
I never received this item, and received a less refound than I had paid with my pre payed credit card.
